The "I'm Your Huckleberry" Burger

Brad's latest creation is already a Billings classic and helped the Burger Dive win the World Food Championships in November 2016! The “I’m Your Huckleberry” Burger is our most recent award winner, taking home the Burger Champion award at the World Food Championship, as well as the qualifying Zoofari competition in Billings Montana in September 2016. It’s a 1/3d pound Angus burger covered with Brad’s new Huckleberry Hatch chili barbecue sauce, bacon, goat cheese, roasted red pepper mayo, arugula and served on a Grains of Montana bun.

 

The "Best of the Bash" Burger

This award winning burger is a local favorite with national acclaim. It took "the best of the bash" at the prestigious Food Network South Beach Wine and Food Festival Burger Bash. It starts with a blackened 1/3d pound angus burger topped with smooth goat cheese, bacon, a fresh cut onion ring, arugula, siracha sauce & garlic basil mayonnaise served on a Grains of Montana bun made right here in Billings.

 

The "Jerk" Burger

The “Jerk” Burger is one of our first award winning burgers, with a long history of awards dating back to the 2012 Masters of the Barbecue Challenge where it took first place in beef. Most recently this burger won a gold medal at the Taste of Billings Summer 2016. It’s a 1/3d pound Angus burger covered with Brad’s famous Jamaican jerk sauce, which features habenero, allspice and Brad’s secret blend of spices and topped with pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo on a Grains of Montana bun.
